How do I insert 3d characters as passenger to an airplane model?

Hi,

 

There are a free and huge 3d characters models on internet and other 3d items from google sketchup.  How can I import and place these items inside an xplane airplane model?  and fly with this adds on. Examples

3d character pilots, 3d character passengers, 3d stewards, suitcases, etc.

If you are referring to the "3D people library 3.9", then you will probably be more effectively answered by the developer of that library (dkm).
