Hi Paul,
But the Answer (my Opinion) is NO - it will not run X-Plane 10 well at all.
First Off - It's NOT a discreet Graphics Card - It's the integrated Graphics on an AMD APU Processor. It's a Fine GPU for normal PC Activities (Internet - E-Mail - Word Processing, etc...), but not for X-Plane 10. X-Plane 10 is very unforgiving to integrated (rather than discreet) Graphics.
If you want a decent X-Plane 10 Machine, you're looking at an Intel 4th or 6th Generation Core i5 or i7 (HAswell or Skylake) couple with a Nvidia 770 or Higher discreet graphics. Nvidia GTX 760 Card with 4GB VRAM would be my minimum recommendation for Graphics.
Good Luck !

Overall, the AMD Radeon HD 8570D has poor performance. This is not altogether surprising, as it is an integrated GPU. If a robust graphical system is desired, a dedicated graphics card upgrade is a must, though you can get away with an integrated GPU for less intensive applications and games. The integrated GPU is over 2 years old, meaning it is based on aging technologies and will probably not have the level of driver support that you would find in a newer integrated GPU.
With an effective SPU count of 140, the AMD Radeon HD 8570D processes shading and special graphical effects fairly poorly. The GPU is not too power-hungry at 65 Watts, however.
