"Your credit card has been declined."

I've been dying to purchase the X-Plane 11 but I keep on getting this message

Important Message Your credit card has been declined. Make sure the billing address matches the location that the credit card statement is mailed. Please verify the information and try again.

I use my virtual credit card every now and then for my steam game purchases without any problems. I was wondering why my purchase won't push through with this website. Also, paypal won't accept virtual credit cards anymore which is a bummer.

I'll be more than happy to get any advice on any alternative ways to purchase this sim. Thank you!

Have you used the virtual card to make confirmed purchases in the last 24 hours or so? From the error message, I would guess the virtual card address information doesn't match your real mailing address.

Sorry, but my address information is the same as the real mailing address. And yes, I use my Mastercard Black card everyday, so I cannot understand why the software keeps sendind the message Your credit card has been declined. Make sure the billing address matches the location that the credit card statement is mailed. Please verify the information and try again.
