Will the frame rates improve when XP-11 finally comes out of beta?

I am running XP-11 on a fx8320 AMD @ 3.5  32GB DDR3 RAM, Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB DDR, 750 WATT POWER supply .  My settings are about mid range, nothing crazy, and I am only getting around 18 to 22 frames over big cities like New York.  I feel it should be able to run it better.

There is still some tuning to be done with the rendering engine, but also keep in mind that you will be limited by either the CPU or GPU. Have you reviewed the instructions on how to optimize the rendering settings for your computer?
