flight school lession 2 plane turns on its side

Question

I have a logitech 3d extreme. When I take off everything goes well and then right before the altimeter pop-up the plane turns on its side. Any idea what is going on here?

Please make sure you do not have any plugins that could be affecting it (some manufacturers provide software). Try going back through the calibration set up to make sure there aren't large nullzones and that all axes are calibrated.

This is with 11b6 so no plugins. I have done this and the plane keeps tipping.
