x-plane 10 stops downloading at disc #3

Question

I purchased x-plane 10 and have tried to install it several times.  It keeps stalling at disc #3 and giving me an error message.  Where do I go from here?

Please contact [email protected] if this is your first time using the discs. Include a screenshot of the error if the discs appear to be defective.
