LHBP runway issue

Hello!

Can you please tell me, what happened to LHBP runway?

The runway is about 10 meter high. and you can fly through it..

Do you have any idea, how to fix it?

config: x-plane-11, jar330, i7-4700, 16GB, SSD, (all updated)
