the beta version will jeopeordize the new download i mean once you buy the original copy the beta ask for the serial number and then what?

If you buy the full version of X-Plane 11 right now while it is still in beta testing, it will update to the release version the same way you can update between beta versions. Beta testing is for early access before the game is "final."
