I keep getting the message that permission is denied when trying to install.  I've talked to several of your techs and have tried all of their suggestions to fix the problem.  Nothing seems to work.  I've been trying to install this for over a month.  I don't know if a new set of product license numbers might help.  I have xplane9 and 10 and they work just fine.  11 just won't download without errors occurring.  Once again, I've tried everything your techs have suggested.  Is it possible to get a refund?

Please email customer service at [email protected]. They will have to asses the situation and potentially process the refund.
