In Xpl 11 the picture on my iMac (Sierra) starts shaking and shuddering whenever I take off. Why?

In Xpl 11 the picture starts shaking and shuddering whenever I take off and irrespective of the plane I use. .This is on an iMac with OS Sierra,

Check to see if the option for "cinema verite" is on under the view options. It makes the camera shake a lot.
