I got an X-Plane key for 11. How do I enable 10 using it?

I bought and installed X-Plane 11 on my laptop, Windows 10 64 bit. I want to use my desktop which is more powerful. It is win XP, x86. I think I have to use X-Plane 10 on x86. How do I enable X-Plane 10 on win XP x86 using the download key?
