High fps but screen stutters and freezes

Hello have a intel i7 6 core plus 1080 video card and running on a hybrid drive. Install went very well looks fantastic when I fly but get screen stutters and freezes with very high frame rate mid 30's to low 50's  Screen res 1920 by 1080p.How can I get this to stop.

It looks like you have activated hyperthreading. You should follow this very good quality video :

I know it is about X-plane 10.50 but the 3D settings are the same for X-plane 11. Q8pilot also made a video about X-plane 11 if you want to take a look at it afterwards.
