Moving XP folder out the Mac Application folder

Question

If I move XP folder out the Mac Application folder and install it on the desktop as advised by XP, do I have to uninstall the 1st XPlane folder located in the Application? No bugs in perspective afterwards?

If you move the folder according to these directions, you should still only have one copy and should not need to delete a copy from Applications. If you have installed more than one copy, yes we recommend uninstalling the one in Applications.
