Multiplayer by internet just with a friend does not connect. (not VATSIM)

Question

We have both X-plane 10.42 (64 bit) and gave each others IP address into the top window

of the 20 possibilities with port 49000 but no connection happens.

(We gave the our correct IP address, not the one mentioned by x-plane in the same screen sich is wrong)

X-Plane's default multiplayer only works on a local network. You can really only use it if all the players are on the same network, such as on the same wifi router. Services such as Vatsim allow you to work around this limitation.
