What is the problem?

I have a problem when I`m driving my simulator. With 1 Second interval it making a very short stop in the frames. Guess it can be a fraction of a second, but it`s very anoying. I can see it very well if I fly e.g a Cessna 172, press the pauseknob, going outside and just rotate around the Aircraft. Every second it makes a very short stop.
I can send you the log.txt file, but how can I do that.
