garmin 530 pop out twist knobs not working

My GPS in pop out mode is not providing the ability to interact with the twist knobs. Every other button works, and the twist arrows seem to be found far outside the GPS and have no effect. I have tried disabling plug-ins and resizing the GPS to no avail. I have a 3 monitor set-up and resolution is set on recommended setting. Using X-plane 11. Wondering if I need a clean X-plane 11 install.

In general, if you have not installed any plugins you will never need to reinstall X-Plane. Running the installer and picking update would restore any missing or corrupt default files.

Disable all plugins and any other programs running to rule them out (recording software in particular could mess with X-Plane's view of the mouse location). If that still doesn't help, file a bug report here with a copy of the clean log.txt, and screenshots of the way the monitors are configured in X-Plane.
