After a few days without problem I recently getting this kind of startup disclaimer and cant resolve it.I tried to reset network settings but nothing helps.Maybe using Tor browser messed up my network? I uninstall it tho.Sorry for this kind of photo.Cant get sniping tool or prnt/screen to work :-)

If you’re having problems getting connected to a network and can’t get onto the Internet, here are some things you can try in Windows 10.

I resolved it by reseting ipv4 and 6 through powershell.Tnx
