Hi,

Please can you contact me immediately concerning the plane I purchased for my son through your site. It doesn't work with the Saitek panels and crashes the entire application frequently.

My son contacted both JARDesign and yourselves but has yet not received any reply.

If you don't reply within 48 hours I will contact Paypal and request a complete refund for a faulty product.

Hi Mr. Potter,

This site is affiliated only with X-Plane.com. We do not sell any aircraft, only the default X-Plane 10 sim itself that we develop. You may have us confused with the X-Plane.org store which is entirely separate and unaffiliated with this Q&A forum.
