How do i get my planes back?

Question

I downloaded X-Plane 10 for my new phone, I can't get the planes back that i purchased from in game.  How do i get my planes back?

I use a Android , Google play store,  Cell make and model is "Samsung Grand Prime " android 5.1.1

Can I get my planes back or a refund??

Hi Tom,

You will need to be using the same ID and password you originally used to purchase the aircraft. Try logging out and back into Google Play Game Services in the settings screen in the app. Please note that X-Plane 10 is a brand new app and purchases made in the earlier v9 app are not compatible.
