after installing xplane 11 and running one time, it doesn't start now just hangs up.

Question

I am running Windows 10, I7-7700K 4.20 GHZ Processor, 16 GB Ram, NIVIDA GeForce GTX1080 video card.

It ran one time and now it doesn't load after I downloaded the new 172SP from Airflio

Please advise.

Try removing the add on aircraft you downloaded. If that doesn't work, you can try resetting your preferences to default by going to the output folder and moving or renaming the entire Preferences folder. You can put it back if that doesn't help as well.
