I have Xplane 10 and all the disks.  it did all my updates without a problem and then it asked me to insert DVD one so my computer could recognise ?  I did this and nothing happened it just popped the DVD out again?  I have no product key ?  Which it asked for?  Please help my son has been waiting with all his gear ready to go.

Hi,if you bought the DVD set from Laminar Research, you must have received a product key.

This was found in a similar thread :

"If not in spam or junk mail, contact your vendor or tech support at [email protected]. You can also call support directly at 1-913-269-0976 from Monday-Friday during standard business hours (Central Standard Time)."
