X-Plane 10 Installer disconnect and program shutdown

Question

I was downloading the program and about 10% the installer crashed and the installer says it has installed the program, although windows doesn't know that and the program absolutely won't run.  Sure hate to waste 60 dollars on only 10% of a software licence.

Go ahead and delete the folder for the install that's messed up. Please try installing it again and keep track of what you do. If it doesn't work again, please post your X-Plane Installer log.txt file and the exact steps you followed to see the crash.
