Add ils freq to a runway

Hello! How can i open map in edit mode to add a new ils freq in an airport created with WED editor? Thank you

I found it very quickly by browsing X-plane 11\Instructions folder and the following file was spot on :

X-Plane 11\Instructions\X-Plane SPECS from Austin\NAV data in X-Plane.rtf
