Why does IVAP say me disconnected and connection refused?

Sometimes it also says me invalid CID/password or connection reset by peer. When i downloaded it the first time there were only writings and no buttons.Then i replaced the plugins and the buttons came. At the beginning it worked when there weren't any buttons, then no.
