Is graphics card the reason why iMac has the spinning wheel

Have a 4GHz Intel Core i7  with 32GB Ram with AMD Radeon R9 M395 2048 MB Graphics.    I can fly the planes but can not click on screen because it has the color wheel spinning.    Is it the Graphics specs?

It could be the issue--perhaps the graphic settings are too high? The spinning wheel usually means something is taking a long time to load. Other culprits could be custom scenery, planes, addons, etc. 

I would try setting the graphics to all minimum settings and then increasing them slowly and methodically per this video until you start seeing problems again.
