Bought the digital download version but cannot install. Is there a way to download the files separately?

The installer fails. It states the technical problem was: "The authentication sever could not be reached. Couldn't connect to server. Check your interconnection and try again."

I suspect this is a problem with our firewall. Is there a way of manually donloading the files or can I convert the order to get the DVDs instead?

If you cannot allow X-Plane access through the fire wall, you will not be able to use the digital download as it requires authentication. If you'd like to see about exchanging for DVDs, please contact customer support at [email protected] to start the process.
