How to download the X-Plane already purchased

Question

I have X-Plane 10 and my serial number is 2A22-75XZ-5PD8-6NCK-K8N2-ZS6M. I need to reload the software but the installation program ask my product key but then doesn't let me go forward.

Hi, you should contact X-plane customer service at [email protected], to make sure your product key is valid. Never puplish your product key... You should rather delete or modify your question.
