Is there an x plane 10 and an x plane 10 global

Question

I got an x plane 10 just saying when it starts it says 64 bit is this x plane 10 global and if it is global I want to know if for example I choose seattle all the other planes in the airport are they all actual people please answer this cause it has been one of om biggest questions

There were some regional editions of X-Plane 10 available in stores, but I believe only X-Plane 10 Global is available now. The Global edition is the only one you find on Steam and on X-Plane's store page.

In the default sim, any other planes are piloted by the sim's AI.

I can find no answer on how to download any scenery other than KSEA which comes loaded on purchase of the digital program -global edition!
