How do I access the installed product in the Mac

Question

I purchased Xplane 11 and installed in my Mac. How do I retrieve this every time? Can I place a shortcut on my desktop?

Hi,

I'm not sure I understand the problem, but yes, you can place a shortcut on the desktop.

Laminar Research strongly advises to install (or even cut/paste afterwards) the whole X-plane folder on the desktop. But as long as you have no permission issue where your X-plane is installed, everything is fine.

Sorry I was not clear. I installed X-plane and now I am not sure how I can access the flight simulator. I am not sure where I installed this. Do I have to reinstall and select desktop when I do this?
