Local ATC control still giving instructions after flying into different country.

Question

Everytime I start a flight from one country with a destination in a different country, ATC control at point of origin never hands over to ATC control at point of destination.

E.g., I flying fro. LGAV (Athens, Greece) into Turkey, I'm close enough that I'm about to land in Turkey, yet I'm still receiving instructions form Athens ATC.

This is completely unrealistic.

Please file a bug report. If you can find the shortest route or steps to consistently reproduce it, that will be helpful for us to investigate and reproduce it more quickly in the lab.
