Hi,
after running fine for several weeks, X-Plane 11.02 now refuses to start. I've removed the preferences folder and tried a new install (I know, shouldn't be necessary)
It does not crash, it idles with 0% CPU usage and I have to kill the process via kill -HUP pid
There have been no driver updates. All I did was (to the best of my recollection) play around with the frequency governor settings and rebooted once.
The only indications I have is the line
0:00:00.000 E/PRF: Failed to restore custom screen resolution. Monitor 0 does not appear to support a resolution of 32618x0.
in the Log.txt. No error messages besides that.
and the lines
UNSAFE
AUTO_UPDATE
UNSAFE
in Output/preferences/X-Plan Screen Res.prf
this was after trying to load the X-Plane Basics training mission in a brand new install.
My single monitor is HDMI, native 1920x1080.
The last lines in the Log.txt are
0:00:20.739 D/STM: Transitioning from state state_InitialLoading to state_QuickFlightWizard
0:00:20.739 I/WIN: Opened window Primary V11 UI

and that's where it hangs indefinitely.
Grateful for any pointers / where to take it from here / how to get more debugging info!
