Flight school annoying big arrow

Question

First of all I very much like X-Plane 11 great product!
I have few remarks about flight school tho.

1. The arrow pointing where should I go is way to big while landing it covers most of airfield
2. I like the landing performance but it is only available in flight school, maybe enable it also after?
3. While landing in flight school after landing I cannot review the flight in replay. I have only "end" and "retry" buttons available
