My account key doesn't work

I have a key, but impossible to enter it in the luncher (the 1 and 0 doesn't work, i can't write it), but all the other characters are ok....

Hi, do your 1 and 0 keys work in a text editor?

Can you try and copy / paste with ctrl+C / ctrl+V?

Yes, it works in a text editor, but impossible to past the key with the 0 and 1...

What is your X-plane version? Can you include your ...X-plane 11\log.txt?
