I purchased an X-plane 11 key through PayPal and my account has been charged but no key received in email

Question

I purchased the key twelve hours ago by Paypal and it was not received in email, checked spam folder, etc.

Paypal account was charged immediately.

If there is no email then contact X-Plane suport at [email protected].
