Hello,
I am working on setting up a Pixhawk Mini HIL per
https://pixhawk.org/users/hil. This resource recommends using the HILStar17f which can be downloaded from its website. It also clearly states that only X-Plane 10 is officially supported.
I purchased X-Plane 11 and I attempted to install the HILStar17f in the Aircraft folder per this reference:
http://developer.x-plane.com/2016/11/x-plane-11-all-aircraft-must-live-in-aircraft. When I start up X-Plane 11 I do not see the HilStar17f nor am I able to search for it in the aircraft search dialog.
Can this be made to work with X-Plane 11?
If all else fails is it possible to use X-Plane 10 on my already purchased X-Plane license or do I need to purchase the legacy version somehow?
Help would be highly appreciated.
