Teleporting to E46 airport, Texas

Question

Flying over north Italy just north of Venice I found myself suddenly in Texas.

This is my route;

We've heard of this happening with a specific third party plane. If it is consistently reproducible for you, please file a bug report with the exact steps to see it. If it happens at a certain point, it is also helpful to save a situation file just before that point to get us exactly where we need to be, then explain how to cause it.
