Saved replays wont load - error message -"wrong format for this version of xplane".

Question

I have been using Xplane 10.42 and saved many (over 50) replays and situations. They were created with the current version of Xplane but when I try to load them, the error meassage appears indicating the saved replays and situations are in the wrong format for this version of xplane. But they were created using the same version of Xplane.

Can anyone help with this problem?

How long ago did you save the replays that won't work now? Unfortunately, anytime replays are changed in development it invalidates the old files. This can even affect replays saved in earlier betas if you try to use them in later betas of the same version number. I encountered this with 10.40  betas. This probably won't be fixed for version 10 because the format we use is just not very stable.
