Hello,

Ben in his latest post https://developer.x-plane.com/2017/12/x-plane-11-10-is-here/ said:

"The next major patch of X-Plane will be 11.20; it will feature native VR support for the Oculus Rift and Vive on Windows, and the beta is coming very soon."

My question is will 11.20 native VR support other Windows OS headsets like: Windows VR/AR Samsung, Acer Lenovo, HP etc. and Pimax 8k?

Thanks in advance!

Hi!

I would think that anything which utilises SteamVR will work.  However, that's just my opinion based on what I've read up to now so don't take my word for it!

Dazzy.

Tried Windows Mixed Reality for Steam VR on Windows Mixed Reality Simulator, Steam VR shows "connecting to game..." and X-Plane crashes when I click "Enable VR hardware".

Oh, I have to shut down SteamVR before I click "Enable VR hardware" in X-Plane. The hangar works in Windows Mixed Reality, but as soon as I start a flight, SteamVR goes dark.
