xplane 11.10 doesnt seem to let other plugins connect to internet

Hi there. Xplane 11.10 seems to not allow other programs within it such as xsquakbox connect to the internet. Also i am not able to activate a product,eg aerofillabs 172 from within the sim.

please advise.
