My xplane disk 1 is not working, but the other disk are working. when i put in the disk 2,3,4 etc it tells me to insert disk 1. but then when i use digital download version, it tells me to use a serial code... what can i do?

Please provide more background. Did you just purchase this and are you trying to install from DVDs for the first time?

You will need to use DVD 1 to install and unlock the sim if that is they way you purchased it. Digital download keys are a separate purchase so you will not have one if you bought DVDs.

I have the dvds, there is a total of 8. but for some reason the dvd 1 is not working. i looked very closely, and i tryed to use it on my neighbor's computer, it will not run or recognize. I think this first dvd is damaged.
