ILS course at LOWS misaligned - again

Hi,

During the early beta stages of X-Plane 11 the ILS course at LOWS, Salzburg, Austria, was misaligned.  This was corrected and all was well.

Now with the latest updates of XP 11, the ILS course is misaligned again. What went wrong? Can it be corrected again?
