Garmin 530 Why does my standby freq change to my active freq when I click the Freq Flip Flop Key?

Question

1) On Comm 1 I entered an active Freq. (125.0)

2) On Comm 1 I entered a standby Freq, (121.60)

3) When I click on the Flip Flop key (ON COMM 1)  in order to use (121.60).  It momentarily moves the Standby Freq. to the "active" window and immediately changes the 121.60 to 125.0 (Both now display 125.0)

4) This does appear to happen in the VLOC.

Any idea what I am doing incorrectly or could this be some sort of bug.
