DaulMonitor Graphic card recommendations

Question

I am building a Flight Simulator in my home and while I have all of the control Hardware I am shopping for a new PC. The question I have is what Graphics card to you recommend for running a 2 or even 3 monitor setup in X-Plane 11? The rest of my PC will consist of the AMD Ryzen 5 1400 Processor, 16GB Ram, 1TB HW, 256 SSHD,Bluetooth, wireless, Etc.....

Once I get the GC determined I am ready to go unless you feel the config I am going with above is lacking.
Please advise.

Well.. 3 monitors is a lot! I would go Nvidia definitely, GTX 1080 at least.  If you want to get a good idea, check Michael Brown videos on YouTube. Some people would recommend 32Gb of RAM, so you might want to keep the option :
