Hello everyone,

I am a new member here (from Tasmania-Australia) and have just purchased and installed XP10 Global from DVD.

My question is.....I have built a full-size Airbus A320 flight simulator cockpit and want to use 2x monitors.

I am able to stretch the forward view across both monitors no problem.

BUT.... I want to use the 'Forward with HUD' view much of the time.  At present this will display the HUD bang in the middle (and gets blocked by both monitors vertical frames).

Is it possible to move the HUD around on screen?  IE so that I can move it to the left half of the display etc.?

Any thoughts, help, advice much appreciated.

Regards,

William

The HUD display is limited to the center of the screen. If you are using one large X-Plane window across multiple monitors, it will stay in the center. Using an option such as "Display IOS & cockpit on two monitors" might be an alternative, except that one of the monitors would only show the Instructor controls. This section of the manual explains this process.
