DVD 1 is not reconized for the first installation

I am buying on amazon Xplan11

The DVD 1 is not reconized by the installer sofware, i have no solution for installation, can you help me, and send me an activation code

Sorry, i find the problem. i have the xplane10 dvd1 always in place the other dvdrom, it is the raison of the problem
