strange engine exhaust shimmering

Question

Hey guys,

does anyone know why the exhaust of my engine look like this?

I think my image shows the problem better than I could discribe in a thousend words.

Graphics are set to HDR.

Win10 , I7 8700k, Geforce1070

Ok,

I guess I figuered it out.
This issue only happens when I am using a second monitor via VGA. (by using I mean display the game on 2 displayes)  if I am using one connected by hdmi   no issues.

So dont know if its a bug or VGA stresses my 1070 but  I am happy to have found the issue.
