Unable to start the A330 because no fuel, unable to refueling using the existing tools.

Question

I tried everything to have fuel In the A330 apparently the program do not save my fuel settings and the aircraft can’t be started. It is frustrating!

It is the first time that a X-plane product is disappointing. I wish to return it I bought the program with close eyes because it’s reputation.

Very dissappointing. The A330 : first extremely difficult to find the right position to seat properly in VR condition.

Second : the settings do not register the fuel parameters requests therefore if you don’t have fuel y can’t start the APU and consequently all the rest   

I will never buy another x-plane products!

Did the aircraft come with any instructions? It is not a default X-Plane aircraft so I don't know any specifics about it. You might also try changing the fuel settings in the Weight & balance screen. That's the only way to adjust it within the default sim itself that I know of.
