My installer keeps saying that my install files from dvd are corrupt and cant be installed. It goes through the dvd`s, but then ends saying that I should contact support. On load up of XP11, the immediate scenery is displayed, but if I fly for so long, the entire area goes blue. When I check the map (M) key, it only displays the airport and area that I flew from, and wont go to my aircraft position. The only remedy that I have found so far is using the "reload of scenery" in the drop down menu off the top menu bar. This loads scenery, and the map for the area I am flying in.

Using the FMC and creating a flight plan, the aircraft will fly the entire route using nav and vor information, but if I don't reload the scenery at the destination, I will land into blue nothing!

I have installed ALL scenery areas that I fly to, so its not the fact that I haven't installed the sceneries. All my airports load from the selection menu, but just seem to stop loading the sceneries for some reason?

PLEASE, PLEASE help! ive tried everything I know to check?

Thankyou in advance for any help!!

Glenn.

Do you have a dual core machine? We have seen some issues with fft water on this type of hardware.

If this is the case for you, download Datarefeditor then find the art control reno/draw_fft_water and change it from 1 to 0. You will need to completely reload the scenery, by going to a new airport for example. See if that helps the issue.

Hi jroberts,

Thank you so much for this info, have done what you said, and all is now working fine! I have continuous scenery Yeahh!! the map (M) key has to catch up, as it only shows the sector you are flying, which is fine as I'm used to this from XP10. Your a star! Thank you.

Kind regards,

Glenn.
