can some explain why my 11.20 vr5 wont update to vr6

is the vr 6 update only available for the steam version??

 i read were ther is an update for vr6 but my xplane wont update from vr5 this is so frustrating

please can some body explain why it wont update i have the download version not the steam version

Beta 5 is the latest one. There is no beta 6 at this time.
