I am not with Laminar Research.

This is not the site to check on the progress of your order.  This forum is for those flight simmers having trouble(s) in running X-Plane.

My understanding is you may need to wait a day or two and as you have placed your order late Friday or Saturday you may need to wait until they open on Monday, their time. You need to contact [email protected]  with your problem.
